Viscotex Composites has been into manufacturing of Toe Puff and counter sheets for over 18 years. The Company has in-house R & D facilities to provide customized footwear component solutions to clients across India. The company is managed by a team of  experienced management professionals.We introduced non-woven based chemical sheets and Heat Activated sheets for the first time in India in 1993 through own R & D. Till today, we are the only company in India manufacturing all three different types of sheets i.e. Woven based TP sheets,Non-woven based chemical sheets and Heat Activated sheets. We can manufacture sheets with a thickness range of 0.6mm to 3.0 mm. Our well known brand names are POLYTEX , POLYFLEX, SUPER & CAROL . All through these years we have catered to almost all the top shoe manufacturers directly as well as through the chain of 16 dealers spread across India.  

The company follows strigent quality norms and has well defined quality control procedures.There are checks maitained at different levels that begin with raw material procurement. Only approved quality material is used for production purposes.At production floor,contant monitoring is done by our experienced staff.This is followed by Post production sampling of the material and quality testing.Once again,we ensure that material that meets our standards is sent for packing and then for dispatch. Our sheets have been approved by FDDI and widely accepted by customers accross India.The company has served a host of leading names in the shoe industry over the years.
