Base material
Non Woven based sheet coated with thermoplastic material and laminated with EVA based hot melt glue.

Cutting
To be cut in the given direction

Temperature
110-140 degree Celsius depending upon the leather thickness.

Activation Time
5 - 15 sec depending upon leather thickness.

Supply Form
50 sheets per pallet.

Sheet Size
1.00 meters x 1.50 meters

The sheet is laminated with a special coating process which ensures elevated lines of hot melt resulting into extra strong bonding with the leather. This process is the result of our in house R & D and is not available anywhere else.

Solvent activated cloth based sheets are used to provide strength, high resilience,  durability and high shape retention to the hand made shoes.

Polytex & Polyflex

For Toe-Puffs  (0.6 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1.0 mm)

For Counters (1.2 mm, 1.4 mm, 1.6 m)

Toe puff and counter material, solvent activated, woven based.

Cutting
To be cut Diagonal or transversal

Application
Dip the material into the solvent for up to 3 seconds (according to the kind of solvent)

Used for
All kind of shoes, children’s industrial and sports footwear.

U.S.P
Activates immediately on dipping in solvent and therefore needs less solvent and little time. This unique formula ensures that the component becomes stiff in lesser time as compared to other brands available in the market. The advantage of formula is that the shoe can be taken off the last in short time resulting into increased production. Don't leave the cut component dipped in solvent for more than 4 - 5 seconds.
